Terms and Conditions

You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 36 hours before your appointment time. Unless we can fill your appointment slot, any changes made after this time will be subject to a fee equivalent to half of your appointment. A full fee will be charged for missed appointments where no notice is given.
